How many tanks of gas did those who switched to the Dakota Digital go through before the fuel range learned the bike's fuel consumption and registered miles until empty?

On a side note, I only switched the speedo and tach and am using the rest of the stock HD gauge. I set the fuel for H08 in the set-up per the directions.

I got the full set for a 2005 FLHTCSE2. It took just one tank to get it set. Ya gotta be sure that 1) ya start with a full tank and 2) you get below 25% (I did 15%) before you calibrate.

Guess I filled up my 1st tank too soon as it only took 4.4 gallons and didn't let the system learn. My 2nd tank took 5.5 gallons which then let the system learn. Funny how it learned the exact miles I put on the tank (215 miles) to empty, hope it will increase with daily driving and additional tank fill-ups. My 6 gallon tank should allow around 240 to empty.
