My NEW GMR 113 Build from Steve@GMRPerformance
« on: July 20, 2015, 06:43:11 PM »

Just got my 2009 FLTRSE3 upgraded to GMR's 113 kit by Steve@GMRPerformance!
.600 CAM, GMR Lifters, 4130 chrome moly pushrods, 2.120 intake valve, new bronze guides, new valve springs port work, HPI 58 E FBW, 5.31 gps injector kit, 113 piston kit. Fullsac DX pipe with 2.00 inch cores.   Final numbers 128hp 133tq.  The engine purrs quietly and pulls great.  Needless to say, I am very pleased with this build!

Quote from Steve @Fullsacs; Monster TQ way early! Roll ons in 6th must be awesome. Your bike would weld my 120. It comes apart today.
Can you give us more details about the Heads. CNC? Hand ported? Started with the stock CVOs?
I have stock MVAs on my 120. Obviously not working like yours.

Thanks for running my exhaust and posting up, really appreciate it.

To: Steve(Fullsacs Performance): CVO 110 heads had 2.120 intake valve, stock ex valve new bronze guides, new valve springs port work, CC and machine heads to spec on chamber volume.  Thanks for the DX Pipe and the 2.00 cores and your screens.  Added New Packing also.  This thing ROCKETS down the road!  Well glad to hear that it would weld your bike!  But, really just wanted something that would make riding fun again!

Took it out today 100 degrees for 160 miles 3 hours riding and it runs like a scalded cat! The roll on in each gear are responsiveness sets you back in the seat.  Guess the next mod will be adding some Velcro to my C&C seat to stay on the bike! This thing is more than what I expected and the S(miles) are now more fun to travel. Filled tank and when I got home after 160 miles, level was a notch over 1/4 tank.  Will check fuel mileage during the first 500 miles to see what this monster averages.  It sounds aggressive while sitting still and then when you grab the throttle it growls and runs.  I added the Werks Fans also and the oil temp hit a high of 257 when I rolled in the driveway.  It soon dropped to 200 and the fans shut off. I like this setup from Werks Works.  All in All I am very pleased with the performance work that Steve from GMR on his 113 kit and Steve from Fullsacs on his 2.00 cores and DX pipe both created insane power.

Riding is fun again!  Here is the DYNO Sheet attached:

:2vrolijk_21: 113" is my favorite, great to tour on, and fun just going to the store. Enjoy.

Awesome. I remember reading this on HTT and was impressed seeing that level from a 113 as well as using the Fullsac system. Congrats and I hope she brings you many happy miles.

Good Job from both Steves'
Gmr does great work  :2vrolijk_21: and the Fullsac DX header is the BEST pipe on the market today...bar none. It amazes me that this pipe will work on a 88ci motor all the way to the 120r motor with great results.....why stock anything else :jack:  :nixweiss:

Would that exhaust system work as well or better than the Boarzilla I have on a 131" engine?

What tuner are you using?

I'm using TTS and Steve at GMR tuned the bike fully.
