Since V&H informed me there is only one baffle available for my pro pipe,  I am forced to head elsewhere to get this beast sounding better.  Anyone know of a baffle I can install in there,  something to quiet down the sound and get some tone back.

I would try big city thunder they, make all different sizes for different types of pipes, they made  one for my Pro pipe H.O. On my 09 ultra, around 80.00 , a few years ago

Ok,  they are out of commission for awhile with renovations,  but as soon as they are back online I will talk to them.  How does your PP sound?  Mine is really tinny and loud.

If they don't have one listed for your muffler, fill out the request form at the bottom of the page.  They often have one that was designed for another baffle, but it will fit yours.  For my Kuryakyn Maverick mufflers, the quiet baffle for the Hard Krome 2.5" Stripper Straights mufflers fit perfectly.

Fuel Moto is offering a replacement E-Series muffler to replace the OE Pro Pipe muffler. (If you have a FL)
Back in the day when i ran the old Pro Pipe i machined the cap to accept 4" super trapp discs and open cap, that made the exhaust
real mellow.

X2 On the Big City Thunder.
I dont have the VH Propipe, and simply have Monster Ovals, and converted stock headers to Duals using the Fulsac conversion but I really like the sound I get now.  I went with the QQ version of the baffles that go into the header pipe, and originally had cut off the VH stock baffle and just couldnt get the sound right, not to mention all sorts of other issues.  So I replaced the stock VH baffles and run them together with the BCT-QQ and love the sound.  Deep, with a nice rumble, but very quiet on the highway.  It still sets off car alarms, and theres bark when I want it, but I am not waking the neighbours in the morning heading to work or scaring old people and babies on the sidewalk.  I also recovered that loss at the bottom end from going to true duals as well.
Thanks
Glen
