New camera!  New sig on photos!  New hobby!  What's next...new...??

BTW...what did you get?

Enjoy

I bought a used Sony a6000 kit with 18-55mm f4 and 55-210mm f4.5 and then I added at Sony 35mm f1.8 primary lens. These were all shot using the f1.8 and using aperture priority with the exception of the last 2 shots (yellow flowers) that were shot using auto. Like I said, I was doing a lot of experimenting. These are the best 10% of the results.

It's a pretty capable camera. You'll notice one of the dual sets of pictures features a fussy green cluster of trees with a bright sharp antenna at the top of the peak and then followed by an opposite shot where the foreground is in focus and the antenna is nearly completely blurred (bokeh). So it's pretty flexible and seems very accurate. Also the a6000 boasts a continuous shooting speed of 11fps for action shooting. So that should provide some other interesting opportunities to capture sporting events and speeding motorcycles in the future.
