Christmas morning Billy ran to the only present he had under the tree and ripped the wrapping paper off, in the box was just what he wanted, just what he needed, a brand new pair of Levis, you know with the shinny rivets on the pockets. He thanked his mom and dad and ran to the bedroom to try them on, they were a little big, but they always were when they’re new, you know a little room to grow into. Billy reached into the pockets only to find out there wasn’t a liner in one of them, he ran out to his dad and told him about the pocket, his dad said “son, you know we don’t have a lot of money to spend on Christmas, and you needed a new pair of pants,but your mom and I wanted you to still have something to play with”.
