Man goes to Welfare office
« on: January 26, 2007, 06:50:56 AM »

A guy walks into the local welfare office, marches straight
upto The counter and says,
"Hi... You know, I just HATE drawing welfare. I'd really rather have a
job."

The social worker behind the counter says, "Your timing is excellent.

We just got a job opening from a very wealthy old man who wants a
chauffeur
And bodyguard for his beautiful, nymphomaniac daughter.

You'll have To drive around in his Mercedes, but he'll supply all of
your clothes.

Because of the long hours, meals will be provided.

You'll be Expected to escort her on her overseas holiday trips.

You will have to satisfy Her sexual urges.

You'll be provided with a two-bedroom apartment above the garage.

The starting salary is $200,000 a year."

The guy, wide-eyed, says, "You're bullchittin' me!"

The social worker says, "Yeah, well... You started it."

Having worked for about 5 years in the local welfare office as a Family Resource Manager before I finally got my dream job, (Veterans Service Officer for the County), I cn tell you from personal experience...  Saying this numberous times to my clients...  they will invariably go to your manager or the district office and complain aobut your "insensitivity to thier situation".  The next step is when you get to put them in a mandatory work program because the "volunteered" ...   8-)  then you get to cut them off because they, invariably again, won't take a job!  Geez, ya just gotta love the system!

Enough ranting.  It was fun for while though!!!  [smiley=soapbox.gif]
