does harley make a map for the 120st engine ?

If they do it will be for their exhaust NOT aftermarket, which makes as much difference in the way the engine breathes as cams and/or heads.
IMO, best to take the bike to a tuner after you've done 4-5 heat cycles.
Let the tuner break in the engine with a safe calibration (determined by measuring a/f, temps, and knock activity) then tune it for you to take and simply enjoy your bike with its newfound power knowing it has been broken in tuned properly from the get-go.
