Have not found one for '14-'16 from HD. EZ Brake and Softbrake make pedals for the late model twin cooled models.

There are a few treads about this and I also go the EZ-brake Lever. It made a big difference for me. Attached is what mine looked like. I think the other treads have pictures etc.
