Fullsac 107 Dyno test! DX and the Tman 600!
« on: April 03, 2015, 09:34:22 AM »

The bike and the specs!

2012 103 Street Glide
107 Mahle flat tops, stock barrels bored.
SE CNC ported 103 heads out of the box, .030 gask. 10.4 comp
SE 58mm Throttle body, stock injectors
Tman 600 cam set, Delco Lifters. Stock pushrods.
Fullsac Stainless DX.
Fullsac Hi flow OEM mufflers 2.0 baffle
SE Heavy Breather AC

Not being a huge SE fan I had never used or even seen a set of CNC ported 103 heads. Nice cocktail of off the shelf parts
that played very well together. Crossed a 100 FT pounds very early at 2300 and never went below!

Special Thanks  to Bill Ling of So Cal for riding with a Fullsac!

Thanks Mr D!

I believe the customer purchased at Kutter for 829.00.  Part #  16500013a

The intake port opening is larger than stock and matched the SE 58 TB perfectly.
These are definitely overlooked parts that offer very good bang for the buck.

Not bad Butthead!

Pulled the trigger on those heads already didn't you!  Lol..

Did I mention this bike also had the 30T front sprocket and burned the tire off in first and second? Yep.
Add that to your to do list.

We have tuned a fair amount of those SE CNC heads they work ok, My complaint is the valve springs  MAX lift is 585 on those heads. And even with the most gentle cams like a 203 or 204 they have valve train noise.

They do flow as stated , the head is done by 575 lift and has rolled over for flow.

Over all toss the stock springs in the trash and replace with something else and you are going to be relieved of the spring noise.

Power wise decent little head for small valve.  Looks good Steve

What springs would be a good choice??

Very nice build. I've had the same results as Steve (GMR) with these heads and valve noise. A set of springs is money well spent. I agree.
