Speculation of a take-over by the private equity firm KKR!!   :nervous:  That would certainly change the game for the MOCO...

+20% in total value and a volume of 23,131,679 vs a 3m average of 3,000,000: in one day.
KKR acquisition seems to be the reason behind that jump.

If a firm like KKR takes it over look forward to seeing more layoffs and cost reduction measures. They look for every possible way to increase "shareholder value" and recover their "investment" then unload the company often with huge piles of debt.

Now if the Oracle of Omaha bought it there might be some hope.
