How are you defining "active suspension"?  I'm not aware of any truly active suspension systems being offered for a Harley.

Product has been on You-Tube since 2011 and I never heard of them or had anyone else mention them. At that price though, wouldn't make any difference.
If someone buys them please do a detailed write-up.
