you street glide owners what are you doing with your radio antenna when you put a tour pac on it and how does it work

There are various options. You can use a shorter or stubby antenna in the same spot. You can install the antenna in the tour pack and there is a kit for that which requires Drilling. You can also install an antenna in the fairing. That's what I did when I installed a tour pack on my 09 SE Road Glide. Harley, Dakota Digital and others offer such in the fairing antennas.  I used the Dakota Digital and it worked just fine. Not everyone has been happy with those antennas, however.

thanks I did see the different kits but was wondering if there might be one that works best
