Fit for Ultra 2007,if possible if i put that pump to original ultra camplate??
Which one is good,26277-06 oil pump or screamin eagle oilpump #62400004??

The SE oil pump does have higher volume than the stock pump.  As to whether or not you need it, that's debatable.  Read this thread:

Yes, the oil pump fits all late model Twin Cam engines.
