Making a call or accepting a call on the bike. If the wife is with me on the back of the bike can she also hear and talk to whoever is on the phone?

Sure she can. She will just need to adjust the volume of the media. Most new bikes come with rear media at it's lowest setting. My wife found it easiest to do this during an actual call. We use it alot, I answer the call and then she takes over and has the conversation .
