Hard to beat a Stage one CVO.
« on: February 08, 2017, 04:17:30 PM »

This graph is from a 2012 CVO Street Glide, the customer gutted his stock head pipe, re-cored his stock mufflers with 2.00" Fullsac cores and brought it in for a tune.
We tuned it with Dynojet Power Vision.

Wow, looks great for a stocker. Looks like my Rineharts are losing a little to the Fullsac baffles. I also have a gutted head pipe, and the Rinehart slips, but I'm at approx. 94 hp, and 115 tq.

Thanks for sharing

Thanks Paul, peak numbers are just that, peak numbers, it's the area under the curve that matters.

If your stage one CVO is hitting 100 tq @ or before 2k, and carrying 100 tq to the split @ 5250 you will never feel the difference of a couple of peak numbers.

Yes, it's very smooth and snappy off the bottom, even at lower throttle positions.

I attribute the early torque to the Fullsac baffles, they never disappoint.

Great numbers. I want to do the same with Fullsac pipes and cores to my 15 RGU CVO. My only concern is possibly voiding the warranty. That would be the last mod I would do.... Really!
