I know I am going to catch a lot of flack over this but...
You can save yourself $4 - 500.00 bucks just buying an OEM Takeoff headpipe from ebay with the cat removed. I have done this mod on 3 bikes now (12 RG 103, 14 RK CVO 110 & 16 SG CVO 110) AND NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES. Runs Great, Sounds Great, and inexpensive. You can tell everyone you have a Fullsac or a "Full Sack" or whatever you want! The headpipes are the same for many years and CVO's, Non CVO's, 103's and 110's are all the same... I do recommend a re-flash after the cat is removed though because the bike will run leaner if you don't!
Most vendors offer free shipping and no cores so you have your stock one if you need to stick it back on! Here's an example:

The Harley exhaust system is very basic if you analyze it. Vendors will tell you that you could get 02 sensor "Cross Talk" bla bla bla... or That they fine tune their systems for optimal back pressure bla bla bla... Because they want you to buy their systems.
I will be the first to admit that if your goal is to extract every single bit of horsepower and torque out of your engine that is possible, then go another route, but it will cost you BIG MONEY. If you just want it to RUN BETTER, GET BETTER MILEAGE, SOUND BETTER, and RUN COOLER and SAVE SOME MONEY, then you can't go wrong just by gutting the Cat. If you don't believe it, then try it.
Go ahead, let the bashing begin!
