Hey folks. Trying to get any info / experience of anyone who has upgraded their 2017 CVO Limited from a Boom 1 Audio to the Boom 2 Audio with the addition of the lower fairing speakers. I've inquired at the parts departments of 4 different dealerships as to what is needed/required to perform the upgrade. I have received 4 different answers. All of them have tried to be helpful, but apparently none have done it. The answers range from it cannot be done, to all you need is the lower fairing speaker kit and installation kit. If anyone has done this, what parts and kits did you need and if it was done at a dealership. If anyone knows of a dealership parts/service department that has good experienced audio people, that info along with contact info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Stop listening to people at the dealerships, there is more knowledge on this site than your brain can absorb when it comes to the boom audio system. There are several threads and many hours of reading here to do before you start the project and many different options available. However, we are here, ask away, lol.

I took all my boom off my street glide.  I have two amps, front speakers and saddlebag speakers.  Sell it all to you for $100.00 plus shipping.

But, if I was you I would go aftermarket.  I did Biketronic and very please.  But if you decide to go boom...let me know.
