The bike has the stock HK radio with CB. I bought the Boom Half Helmet Headset off of Ebay and can hear music through them just fine - the problem is when I key my mic on the CB all I can hear is a tone.... This only happens when the bike is running - if the motor is off the tone doesn't sound. Any ideas ?? TIA

Since you say keyed the Mic, does that mean you have the mic on the handlebar installed or are you using the mic on the headset?  If you use the separate mic unplug it and use the headset mic.

Road Dad - I used the PTT button on the handlebars to try and transmit through the headset mic.
