says for use on 2014-2016 touring/cvo models.  op has a 2009, I have a 2013, will these work?  and will they help the engine to run cooler?

the stock cam is pretty good - and reasonably cheap

lifters and bearings are the problem spots - spend the money there

Pick up another set of 255's, they are hard to beat in the low to mid range and you won't have to re-tune.

TTS 100, SE 585, GMR 577, or S&S 570s
All will fit but are different in intended use and characteristics

Are you sure those cams are trashed?  Can you feel any grooves in the finished surfaces with your fingernail?  Those lobes are hardened steel and often can survive lifter problems.

Still could be a lot worse, IMHO.  Clean stock camshaft sets often come up pretty reasonably priced on eBay, and you can always try a speed shop that does engine upgrades to see if they held onto any of the takeoffs - assuming you want to stay with the stock grind.
