P&A Fuse blowing when Accessory switch on. Help!

I keep blowing the P&A fuse when accessory switch turned on on my 2010 CVO Streetglide.
As you know no auxliliary lights on this model. Baffled!
Help, advice how to trace problem.

The accessory switch isn't about aux lights, it's about other accessories attached to the accessory connector under the side cover.  Remove the cover and locate the connector, see what if anything is connected.  It's a four place connector with a weather cap tethered to it (see attached drawing).

There is nothing connected to that connector hence my frustration. The 15amp fuse on the first row is the one that keeps blowing. The 2 amp fuse is ok.
