That is a great idea!  Too bad I just bought a keychain size garage door opener ($12 EBay).  It’s very small and will program up to 4 doors or gates.  I just put it in my fairing pouch.

Great idea.

Noticed there are several part numbers for this on the Hog Pen Amazon site.  No indication which part fits what bike, appears they are different fitments.

Noticed several part numbers, not sure which one fits which bike.  Initial review was a caution flag and noticed "Restocking fee" on the selling page.  Product is not a bad idea, but with a short 30 day guarantee window & all that I would pass.

Thanks for feedback, like you said, great idea, but honestly, looks kind of cheesy, no info on Amazon page to ask questions, no web page or contact info listed and no real explanation on fitment. I also have a Ryobi opener which is a whole different animal in the GDO world, such a strange animal that they stopped my camera, which I purchased additionally from working in January, said a new SD card was being sent with software update in a  week, it took 4, then Android will not approve their app update because it is soooooo bad so still no camera. Total joke of a garage door opener system

Not in the market but will avoid Ryobi, thanks for passing this along.  Very frustrating.  Older tech in this case is easier tech.  On other bikes I just carried a small spare opener in my pocket or a windshield bag.  If my old garage door opener croaks I may have to go back to that, it was easier & had a lot better range come to think of it.

Thanks, tried this method, must have choose a defective model, mine just holds up a finger when I actuate the opener!

That is a great opener, but the monthly maintenance fees are outrageous.

Tried that but mine makes so much noise it tends to bother the neighbors.
