The V&H installation instructions are very straight-forward.  Heck, I'm not a good wrench, but even I could install them. :P

Very easy.  Take your time.  This is a 2-beer process.    :drink:

If you intend on installing Zippers with autotune later you ***might*** consider to "pre-adjust" the rear bung to accommodate the longer O2 sensor.

You will need about 1 full inch of clearance over the stock O2 sensor.  Several treads here discuss the process of doing it.

Be sure when you install the slip on muffler you make sure the clamp is at the end of the slip-on muffler so it securely clamps the muffler to the header.
 (Please don't ask how I know this....    :P   )

It was more of a pain to take the stock head pipes off.  Installing the new pipes was the easy part.  But then I have an '06 CUSE and didn't have to deal with the O2 sensors.

Well got the duals installed. Took me better part of day to complete it. Iam kinda afraid i didnt get the nuts tight enough on the cylinder  flanges due to lack of room for some tools in there. Anyone have a better way to tighten them. Is there anyway of knowing if they aren't tight enough...

What were you using for tools?  A combination of a 1/2" universal socket and a short 1/2" wrench always gets at everything you need to ok.

Snug 'em up but don't over-tighten.  Stripping those bolts result in a major hassle to correct.  I've had the lower rear one work itself off but the replacement nut only costs $.35 (Harley authentic, of course!)

If you've got a cheap 1/2" open end wrench, take a hack saw and cut it to the length you need to get to the one that's hard to get to.  That'll work!  If they're leaking, you'll hear it.

An actual universal socket will give you a bit more room to work than a standard socket on a universal extension.  What I forgot to mention earlier is that my commonly grabbed tool for exhaust flanges is the stubby wrench mantioned before but the universal socket is 1/4" drive.  Skinnier socket and extension just makes it easier.
