Looks like you got a pretty good deal for $18K and only 1800 miles. What did he do to get that "ding" on the front fender? Looks like he ran into a wall or something...

Not sure what happened, I'm waiting on more info from the insurance company the guy had.
I think the tip of the fender was bent down and someone (probably the driver) bent it back up to get it away from the tire, stretched the metal in the process. No big deal. There were some small abrasions on some of the painted items that came right out without taking off too much surface clear.
The reality is I don't have to worry about the bike ever going down for the first time, its already been there, kinda like your first scratch/ding on your brand new car, I'm sure most of us have been there.
