I was thinking the same thing.

If all the US National Parks are shut down or have limited access or hours due to funding cuts and the termination of inefficient workers, Banff and the Canadian Rockies look very appealing. It's only about 1,000 miles from Sturgis, a nice 3 day ride. My passport is up to date and I'm applying for a Visa just in case. Also considering entering Glacier National Park from the Canadian side.
