2007 FXSTSSE 110 issues

I recently purchased a low mileage Springer, just over 17k. I was also aware of some of the issues that seem to plague the 110's in these bikes. Prior owner had installed exhaust and AC but did not tune which exacerbated the lean factory tune. I installed a Jagg oil cooler, Love Jugs fans, and TTS tune. Bike ran great! Upgraded to a Screamin Eagle compensator, centrifugal clutch, and manual adjuster and found the primary chain had excessive play. So bad in fact, I was able to remove the compensator without removing the clutch basket. I pulled the camchest and the pinion runout was .023!!
I pulled the engine, dropped the long block off at Zippers, and am waiting to see what other damage there is in addition to the crank. To start it is getting an S&S crank and Timken bearing install...I'll keep you all posted!

consider doing the heads while apart and add a little compression.  At minimum, change out the valve springs.
Assume you will be installing new lifters while apart.  Also make sure to change out the cam bearings and consider cam choice.

Thanks for the advice! This is my third collaboration with Zippers. '18 Deluxe M8 RS468, SE intake, S&S adj pushrods, Fueling lifters, Stealth AC, Rinehart 2/1, Trask breather, Thunder Max tuner, and Love Jug fans.
'08 Rocker with Muscle 107 TC with just over 11:1 compression...my Hot Rod!
My original plan was bolt in cams (RS587), billet cam plate, SE oil pump. Just making it reliable! The run out may change the plan slightly depending on what they find upon tear down. If pistons need replaced, then yes compression will be upped slightly. I would probably go with their Sleeper kit.

Picked up my short block from Zippers in addition to the other items that needed attention. Zippers assembled the short block with S&S crank and Timken bearing conversion. Bored the jugs, .010 over pistons, new valves/guides and machining. I assembled from the block on up. Just finished the heat cycling and then getting some break in miles tomorrow.
