S&S V111 upgrades
« on: April 28, 2025, 10:43:47 AM »

I have a older S&S V111 with a Super E and 586 cam. I am putting it in shop for a freshen up after 70k miles. I do have a Super G and a 600 cam that I want in it. Will get rid of the Beehive valve springs and use Kibblewhite Dual springs with Steel collars. I have Rinehart Staggered Duals.
What jetting should get me close  to right at 500 feet above sea level? At 70 yrs old I did my 1st Paint job has Shovelhead bags and 00 lower forks  dual disk brakes and 08 Fat Bob front wheel

Super Sport heads? What compression?
I’m running the 600 cam in my 113 bagger with mild SS heads, Fullsac true duals.
Using the stock G carb that came with it. Don’t know what jets you have but I’ll bet it’ll work fine to start with.
What ignition? I’m using the IST from S&S and it’s worked flawlessly for 110k miles and 20 years.
Seal level here is +385 ft.
LOL

Good luck and keep us updated.
