Pictures of my new Zumo
« on: April 04, 2007, 08:25:08 PM »

I am so glad I got the Zumo 550, it has been working great for me in my truck as well as when I need it for work (on the road). I have not had a chance to use it on my bike yet but I can't wait. I especially like the hands free function in the truck, really cool!

I used the mount from Techmount. Real nice guys over there. I think it was around $80.00.

Thanks. :2vrolijk_21: That seems to be the best thing going just wanted to make sure you hadn't found something different.

Josh,

Really looks great! :2vrolijk_21:  Glad everything worked out for you on this.  Good pics too.  Noticed you changed the air cleaner...what did you use and any problems with being open in the rain?

I have ran the bike in some rain and had no problem. I would imagine if the bike sat out in a heavy rain it could be an issue. What I used was the HD Stage 1 filter and purchased the cover from a Earlier SE edition bike. I like the look.

Looks great!  Glad to hear the rain thing doesn't cause you any problems.  I'm sure it give you a little more leg room too.  Ride safe.
