Those were great pix. You are right about the heat. We left thunder alley ( was kind of a disappointment) about 1:30 got stuck in DC traffic trying to get to US 50 on way to annapolis for lunch. Another slow down on 50 from a wreck, by the time we got to Annapolis bike was pinging something fierce. When finally got stopped temp was 271! No wonder  the bike was running like crap!  Another buddy would not restart so had to wait a while for it cool off. by the time we got back to DC was close to 8:30 so we missed the Hooters in DC where Chief was. But we did get to CCR (  sorry no pix allowed I guess all the mirror would back flash and distort pix anyway).

If there's one thing that's consitent in DC, it's that the traffic sucks, year round!!! Unfortunately, I have to go into that city every day to work, and the traffic always sucks...but I got to pay the bills somehow.    Sorry to hear that you got messed up with the traffic.  It was actually better than normal yesterday...if you can believe that.
