I am aware that this is an old subject BUT, I can not find the post where someone has come up with the actual paint code and brand of paint.
Any help with be greatly accepted.  :-(((

The paint is PPG the code is top secret, but any paint shop with a computer color reader should be able to match it.

Some of the paint cameras work, somebody here on the forum has painted fairing mirrors that match very well.

I have purchased a used tour pak from an Ultra and want to be able to match it to the rest of the bike.

I would suggest that you use a non striped piece to try and match. The above milk dud color on a striped part might be hard to match.  Good luck.

I assume you want the same paint scheme (lines) as on the hard bags to keep the same look.  Find a good experienced painter and take him one of your bags.  He can match it.  I did the fairing mounted mirrors on my 05 but it was a solid color (dark candy cherry).  But the ppg paint code was restricted.  I took the painter the side panel cover (over the fuses) and he matched it perfectly.  Good luck and post pics when complete please.
