DUANE
IS YOUR CAMPER YOU HAVE A TOY HAULER. :nixweiss: CONGRATS ON YOUR TROPHY, YOU DESERVE A 1ST PLACE.  ;D

                    DAVE

Hi Dave,

No, not a hauler. It was my partners at work and he upgraded to a humongous 5th wheel. The trailer is in almost like new condition, loaded with options and a fair deal, so we got it. I had planned on a trailer in the future anyway, that is one of the reasons I got the truck I did. Just can't take a couple of Golden Retrievers and a parrot on the bike you know.

If we actually use this and enjoy it I will consider a toy hauler sort of trailer. Be nice to have the bike along all the time, maybe the Whaler too!

BTW how are you and Helen coping with grand parenthood? How is the new addition doing?

Just have to say thanks again for the hospitality while we were there.

They are OK. First time I was sliding the bags around on a carpet I knew I had to do something.

They recommend spraying the hangers with silicone , so the bags slide on easier. But the bags slide off easier too!

I almost pushed the bag off the stand the other day while buffing the wax off.
I plan on drilling the rods and using a clip to make sure that doesn't happen again.

All in all, they work OK, and it beats leaving the bags free standing.

The company has a vendor discount listed in that section.

I bought one of those stands.  He gave me a 10% CVO Harley discount.  I really like mine.  Never thought of the silicone idea.......and the possible challenges resulting therefrom, or the fix for those challenges.  So, I'm going to find some silcone and drill my hangars for clips as well.  Doggone great idea Duane.

Ya know, I think I kinda like that word :2vrolijk_21:

I think I will submit it to Websters for their annual inclusion of new words, what do you think  :nixweiss:

CVO'ism -- An OCD (1)  as it relates to the world of Harley Davidson's line of "Custom Vehicle Operations" motorcycles.
Mostly manifests itself after the individual plunks down large wads of cash for a "custom" motorcycle that supposedly has "every option in the book" and then finds the same individual taking out a second mortgage to cover all the additional purchases suggested by the well known OCD web site CVOHarley.com

1. a psychiatric disorder most commonly characterized by a subject's obsessive, distressing, intrusive thoughts and related compulsions (tasks or "rituals") which attempt to neutralize the obsessions
