Hard Bags on Candy Cobalt FLHRSE3
« on: July 30, 2007, 11:12:59 PM »

I think my painter was happy to see my finally walk out the door.

The guy is extremely talented but he said it was a nightmare to match the colors and gold leaf on the bike.  I'm not sure what's up with my camera but the bags are a very close match.

Too bad the company can't do it right the first time.   :nixweiss:

Brian...

The windscreen is off a Road King Custom.  They stopped selling them in 2005.  If you're lucky you can find a dealer with one on the shelf.  BTW - they are a BITCH to put on.

They look nice though.   ;D

I would sure like to have one.  I should post a thread that I am looking for one NIB from a dealer that still has one.   I am willing to pay for the part, plus a "head-hunter" fee...  That windscreen is Sweet!

Brian...It's easier then that...hehe

Go to your local dealer...

Tell them you want the windscreen kit for a road king custom (I think they stopped selling them in 05)

They can look up the part number and do a dealer search and come up with dealers that still may have them.

Let me know if you have a problem.

I must confess, I like them a hell of a lot more than I expected to.  Those are really sweet Doc.  chit, I was really hoping that these hard-bagged SERK3’s would look like chit so I wouldn’t be tempted to go spend the cash, but they really look great and are so much more functional.

Excellent, they look great.  What did that set you back?  That color does change in different angles.
