Freedom Wings

Dropped off the scooter at City Cycle Sales this morning to have my radio antenna cable replaced, since it was broken the last time I was here.  Picked it up about an hour ago.  Picked up some shirts and stuff for Renea and Stef too.  They had a set of Freedom Wings there, so I picked them up as well.  Just installed them, but haven't ridden with them yet.  I think they look great.  Road test on the way to the airfield tomorrow.  Too tired to ride right now.  Here's a picture.

just be carefull if you take the bike in and the tech has to do anything to the inner or outter fairing, they have a habit of pinching the freedom wings between the 2...... dont ask me why... but it has happened to me 3 times!!!!!!!

Thanks.  Great advice.  In that case, I'll just take them off it the situation warrants.

just aint no cure for stupid!!!!!! I mean hell, you can tell by lookin at the dam things the are supposed to move!!!!!! ;)

 I was speaking about the techs who cant put the freedom wings back the way they took them off!!!! ;) ;) ::)

I know.  I guess you can call me one of those techs.  Had my fairing off this morning to see how the tech at City Cycles Sales routed my antenna cable.  Went to put it back on.........and...........well, I darn near did it.  Too funny! ;D

The Freedom Wings were the only things I "snuck" off the old Trike before I traded it.  I had them on the old Trike for 3 years and loved them.  I think they look cool, and do a great job.  They are going on the new bike.  Don't understand why the MoCo does not make them standard.

er ah HD does not make freedom wings!!!! and the 08 ultras do have adjustable wings!!! dont they ::) ???

Actually, the '08's have something much better, they have Willie Wings!  I can't believe W.G. actually let the yahoos name those things after him.
