Hey gang, it turns out I'm replacing my handlebars again. I tried the 12.5" W1 Chubby Apes on a RK this past weekend, and determined that I screwed up putting on the 10" ones!

HD-Dude is getting me the 12.5's, but told me we'd have to figure something out for the hydraulic clutch line. It needs to be at least 4" over stock, which should be 67". HD offers nothing!
So I called the good folks at Goodridge Motorcycle USA. They were extremely helpful, and are developing this line as we speak, in their standard various lengths. The earlier ones up to '06, were offered in 63,65,67,69,71,73,75,and 77 inch lengths for TC Big Twins. I'll need a 73" to be safe. Since this line is not quite available yet, they offered to make me the first one and send it to me at no cost, to test out the fit and finish for them. I was happy to oblige of course! After all, the whole bike seems to be experimental anyway!

They seem like great people to work with, and are very helpful over the phone. Here's their info:

'07A!

But it will be much stronger, more reliable, and ride better than any stock SERK ever will!

Hoist!
