The Dremel work might not even be completely necessary - I was just happier to relieve it a bit.

However, I have to say that I'm not a huge fan of the quality of Kuryakyn stuff.  The chrome is thin, the bolts (stainless or chrome) are always cheap and soft, and easy to round off.  If there were MoCo parts, I'd always choose them first.

I agree with you there Jim. MoCo accessories are to be better quality - downside is that they don't have the durn stuff when the bikes come out. Makes you wonder how a Company who has no link to them manages to come up with the goods first. They must lose a ton of money because of it.
