Quick disconnect hardware

I am in the process of removing all the extra "stuff" I had put on my Roadglide so that it can be installed on a new one.
The dealer had installed the quick disconnect hardware for the backrest and tour pak. I never saw the installation instructions which would help me determine what comes off and what stays with the bike.   I didn't see these parts in the shop manual as I guess it only shows standard equipment.  Anyone have the installation instructions or a site?
