That is one nice looking bike. I had a Fatboy with aftermarket bags. I never saw one with HD bags. Interesting look. Later,Q

wow Bro! looks killer  :2vrolijk_21:
great job, very nice paint match, the only thing that could make it better would be if someone could simulate the metal grind in the flames, but I think that would be a tall order.
you need to post this in the Fat Boy forum, there's a thread already on this topic

It looks nice.......welcome to this site!!

Welcome to the site?  He joined 5 days before you.  He should be welcoming you (2 years late).

I like the hard bags.  That would tempt me to go with the springer classic exhaust and go two sided.  But what the heck, may as well go with a Road King then.  I LOVE the look of those Fatboys though....

Very creative Ty1on2, I started on a project very similar calling it "project fat glide" putting hard bags on a 05 sefb, I posted it back in apr 06 you can find it here. The thread is from before the website conversion so there is some missing data.

http://www.cvoharley.com/smf/index.php?topic=5740.0

I pretty much finished up the brackets and it worked out so nice I decided to put Road King bags on my wife's 05 Deluxe. I tried to find the post I put up but I see I pulled the pictures up from my server so I currently cant show you picks. I will try and find these to be able to post again.

Anyway I found that having one bike with hard bags made it so nice I was going to work on a solution. I took the easy way out, I searched and searched for an 04 B&B seeg. I bought it and was in the process of selling my 06 seeg. Couldn't sell it without taking a big hit so I sold the deluxe only losing about 1k.

Over the winter my plans are to finish chroming out the seeg adding some more accessories then maybe getting started back on the fatboy. I will probably try the Road King bags on it. I am currently getting a new seat made up for the sefb. My wife has been riding the sefb and I the seeg, I will go out on the sefb from time to time when by myself.
