Look at attached link for an article that states if you are going 31 mph over posted limit you could get a $10,000 dollar fine, 6 months in jail and vehicle confiscated along with your license for seven days. It will be considered racing even if you are by yourself.
They authorities plan to buy aircraft to spot and deal with violators.

Yeah but it's Canadian dollars, it's like $27.50 American with the exchange rate  :D
