Best Dealer/Shop/mechanic in Dallas Ft Worth area?

I won't bore anyone with the poor service and total lack of knowledge I have encountered in several local Harley dealers.  Is there ANYONE in my area  I can trust to do the work on my bike I can't do?  Or should I just sign up for the next Harley mechanic school...

I've used Dallas Harley Davidson at LBJ/Centerville since 2002; great service, but I only let Mike or Tommy work on my Bike.

All I can tell you is GOOD LUCK. I've been to most of the FTW side shops at one time or another and have had problems with all. The problem is if you do find a good mech, he won't be there long. Turnover in HD shops in like a revolving door.
