So I have kind of given up on the new bike thing until the other day a guy is looking at my DWG and it gets me thinking if he actually buys it I should get something else to replace it and so on and so on.

Then I get the paperwork for refinancing my commercial property which closes on the 4th of September and get to thinking. Hmmmm, I haven't refinanced in awhile but last time I did it seems you end up without a payment for that month.

Hmmmm, payment roughly equivalent to a SEUC incl. T & L......... very tempting, ah, but what to buy?
