Thanks for your help Rhino,
It was not an update for the program, it's the window for the monitoring.
I disconnected my connection to internet.
This morning, I've checked the downstream connection of the sensor. Nothing.
I've made a monitoring at iddle and I've seen that the sensor run not always.
It has a random operation.
When it run, all is OK.
Jacques
Hello again Jaques,
I have not seen an intermittent sensor, I admit. The reason I say this is becasue 'sensor' show 19.36. Means sensor is
OK. What I meant was, after sensor return to ECM, there are the 2 harness, one to front and one to rear, it seems that sensor front and rear connection ok.
I think it is the pin that is after sensor, the one that connect to data, and the one that connect to LARGE connector. Make sure that these are actually tight and snap to locks. Disocnnect both, with switch off, and check to see if loose pin. You know what these are?
The reason I suspect this is becasue you say intermittent, I think it is the plug connectors, not the sensor side. If TMAX seenses 19.36, it will try major corrction to add a lot of fuel. or, TMAT will see error, and on the module page, will turn off autotune (closed loop). Make sure autotune box is selected on, on the MAP setting side, and when linked, on the MODULE side. To verify, when connected and moto not running, CLOSED LOOP SETTINGS shold be the same on MAP (computer laptop side) and the MODULE itself. Also make sure no override is selected.
I would also re load the MAP to the MODULE, with no interuption, no internet connection, but, like I said, seems to be, if NOT a harness, it could be a wire. See if you can move a wire to make it change.
If you have some dielectric grease use a toothpik to apply a very very small amount. Or do same with WD-40. Hope this helps.. Please keep me advised, since I do like to see every fix to make sure it is not the ECM, sensor or TMAX itself.
