You gotta watch this one.

I filmed the "Sidecar Races" at Summit Point Main Course in West Virginia on 8 & 9 SEP.  They were racing with the Championship Cup Series (CCS) folks, which they don't normally do.  Was a special treat.

Fun to watch them for sure.  I'de never seen them "in person" before ... just on TV.

My son loved it.  Good stuff.

Wow, those are a lot different from what I remember side car racing to be like. I've heard of dragging your knee's but looked like a couple of those guys were dragging their a$$. The more you post about your adventures at Summit Point the more I'm interested in spending a day at the races (as observer). Thanks for sharing.

If you do go to Summit, take a bike so you can get around to different corners during the races.  It's way too far to walk to them.

T1 & T2 is the best, then the overlook over T5, then the infield at T8, then at the end of the paddock at T10.  Just rotate around those turns and you'll see 80% of the action ... but you won't see crap if you stay near start/finish like most folks.

I run around that track like a crazy man trying to get good shots.
