Thanks Mrs.WeCVO and LRebel...  The beauty here is one of the things that's kept me here.  In many ways, I think it's better than Hawaii.  But. as I said before, I sure miss out on the many rides you guys put together back in the states.  Someday, I'll make it back there and put some mileage on this bike...

Wow, things have changed there. Starting with the bridge. I've done my time there as well, and always thought Hawaii was the same as Oki except they took my money in Hawaii. Is Okuma still running up there? Semper Fi!

I agree with you re. Hawaii.  I think you get much more bang for the buck here--and there's more real estate available here to cruise on.  Ah yes, Okuma...  I haven't been to the MWR playground in a couple of years, but yes, it's still going strong.  My buddies and I try to stay at off-base beaches for camping--less base chit to deal with...  Might have to make a run up there soon and post some pix.
