2 years ago I bought a Spyke 1.4kw high torque starter. It worked well for about 1 year then I had to put a push button for manually starting on the starter. Bought it on E Bay from Eastern Performance. List price was $499....bought it for $199.

Can't say that I would reccomend it or not. It still does work, but you have to use the push button half the time.

The Spyke ones seem to be polished, rather than chrome though, and they don't retain the good look of chrome for life....

I guess you could call it warming.......maybe better yet.....frying :huepfenlol2:
