Really don't want "LOUD" just good breathing and the rumble. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Rush slip-ons might be a good option for you. They have that classic Harley rumble, and go from 1.5" to 2.5" diameter baffles in 0.25" increments, 1.5 being the quietest. A lot of Harley dealers sell the 2.0 as a "halfway house", thinking they have a good combination of sound without excessive noise. What's more they are not expensive and they open up the breathing quite nicely. Tuners get great results using the Rush mufflers with the stock header pipes.
With my first Harley, I got the "race spec" SE slip-ons, which I thought way loud, and within a month, I had pipe envy! However, the SE slip-ons are a good way to go if you want power without much extra volume in sound. My buddy has them on his 07 Ultra, and they sound ok but very little louder than stock.
I have Rinehard True Duals on mine, and I thought they were loud when first installed. Now I would like more volume from them! As an interesting side note: one of the major benefits of dyno tuning is vastly increasing the effective rev range. Before, my bike didn't want to lug below about 2,500 without pinging, and maxed out at about 5,500. Now it will pull cleanly in any gear from under 2,000 revs and wind out to 6,000. That's increased the effective rev range by more than 33%, which is very useful, particularly when you're in a situation when you don't have time to change gear.
