Alright everyone, there is a new thread titled "Helping the WeCVO's; part deux" with a final draft of the note in a form Mrs We has looked over, corrected and said was ok.

Don, even though your instructions above are pretty clear, I think you should blow away the draft letter in post #2 of this thread just to eliminate any confusion and ensure that the correct version is being sent.

Good idea 03.  I hadn't thought of it.  It's done.  [smiley=xyxthumbs.gif]

Twolane

I am the manager of a dealership,

Evening Shrader.  A lifetime ago I was a deputy GM at a small Chevy dealership working my way through grad school.  The last thing we wanted was corporate coming to visit for any reason.

In this case they'd already been involved though.  So it would've been tantamount to stepping back from prior efforts by not making the contact.  Being in a dealership you are unique among us here.  Your responsibilities and concerns are wholly more complicated.

I can't imagine anyone saying a word about an unwillingness to drop a letter over your signature given your position.  From what she has written before it's obvious Mrs. We appreciates the benefit of your insight regardless.  In and of itself that is help and it's important.  And that's all we're hoping to gain here.  Just different avenues for a little more help for someone that wasn't having much luck otherwise.
