It's in the Contact Us link at the top of the page. All I do is remember 800-pick-ups.

I saw that number - when I first tried it, the recorded message gods made it sound as though that number was to schedule a UPS pickup.  I am trying to determine the status of a shipment that show an "exception".

I have now figured out that if you just keep hitting "O", eventually you get to a human - who can help track shipments....

thanks...

Any company that has a toll free number can be found by using toll free directory assistance (free call) at (800) 555-1212.  What's nice is that you only need the name of the company, not the city and state too.....

Just out of curiosity JG, since so many newer numbers are 866 after they ran out of 800 numbers, does the 800 555-1212 cover those as well??

TIA

Cheri,
I'm pretty sure it would still work.  I guess if you know a Co. that has an 888, 866, or 877# you can call the toll free directory assistance and see if the positive control works.  Let us know.  It's always worked for me but I can't recall if any of the numbers were any other than 800.
