Bub 7 v/s Reinhart
« on: March 07, 2008, 02:40:45 PM »

I hear different opions on Bub 7's T/D and Reinhart T/D.  I like the looks of the Bub 7's, but, depending on who you talk to, one is better than the other, performance wise.  I plan on a SERT, and from what I understand, my 08 SEUC already has a high flow A/C, ( I have to change the back plate, though) so I'm undecided on the exhaust, Bub 7's or Reinharts?

Can anyone tell me if it makes a significant difference on one or the other?

Ray,

If you call Bub, they can tell you the difference in HP, torque and sound (db levels) for the two pipes.  Unfortuantely this will be on a stock 96 motor.  I went with the Bub 7s, true dual.  Love the look and sound.

I went with the BUB 7's with the crossover, I have the SERT, Screamin Eagle Air cleaner and a dyno run. I'll attach the dyno run so you can take a look. I'm very happy with the results. Hope this helps.

Fresh,  does your dealer have their dyno outside?  Temp at the runs was in the 40's?   ::)  They must get all sorts of different dynos depending on the time of the year if they're running ambient air temps in the booth.  :nixweiss:
