Deanna Favre starting QB for the Packers this Sunday........ 

In a news conference Deanna Favre, wife of Green Bay Packer future Hall of Fame quarterback Brett Favre, announced she will be the starting QB for the Packers this coming Sunday. She claimed she is qualified to be starting QB because she has spent the past 16 years married to Brett while he played QB for the Packers. Because of this she understands how to pick up a corner blitz and knows the terminology of the Packers offense. A poll of Packers fans shows that 50% of those polled supported the move.

Does this sound idiotic and unbelievable to you? Yet Hillary Clinton makes the same claims as to why she is qualified to be President and 50% of democrats polled agreed.

I've been watching presidents screw it up for close to 50 years now...   Apparently I'm OVERqualified, since nobody's asking me to step up to the plate.      :soapbox:

She only got third last night.  Might not be as widely accepted as she thinks....

As a resident of the Great State of NY.  I was a little more than offended when she decided we needed her to represent us as senator when she's never lived here before then.  NY was simply a highly populous BLUE state with a retiring democratic senator (D'Amato).  She was a shoo in and knew it. 

That's what makes Romney being elected Gov of Mass even more impressive.  That's a lock step blue state also.

She may have come in third, but never count a clinton out!  Iowa wasn't a real vote it was only for 2% of the pouplation that was registed as a rebulican or democrate 98% of the population stayed home as independents so they don't have to commit until November.

Since living 20 years in WI (until 2 yrs ago), and now watching the Packers from afar, if Deanna wants to play, I'm ok with it, but it would kill Brett's starting QB record !!
