I'm mortified and find this reprehensible.  I had no idea that this kind of thing goes on.  The excuses were so lame.  No bathroom break?  I'll bet these votes on the agenda come as no surprise.  GO TO THE BATHROOM OR EAT DURING THE DEBATE!  You need to be there for the vote.  It only takes a fraction of a second from what I saw here......
