I see we have something in common, and a great choice of touring model if I must say so myself. However, I wouldn't part with my SE FatBoy, nor would my bike part with me. I had to make room for them both in my garage.

Poor FatBoy, all alone and feeling sold.....

Still, from what I can tell, our SERK4's are wonderful rides, great looks, quick and lots of room for some OCD fixation.

Congratulations on a fine choice.

Thanks all for the comments. I am 6'2" and 250 lbs. I didn't like the way I looked on the Fatboy, I am too big for it. I loved the bike, being my first Harley I thought it was great. I have rode some SEEG's of my friends and always liked the plushness of them, but they seemed BIG and heavy. I just bought the Roadking without even seeing it in person. I rode it around and can't believe how much better it fits me. I doesn't feel heavy like the glides do (110 lbs less) It is mid winter here so I won't be really riding it anytime soon, but was lucky I was able to put a few miles on it just so I know what I have to look forward to.

Nice looking bike and as many have already said -great choice. When it's too cold to ride it just means it's time to get out in the garage, turn on the radio, (or cable TV if you've got lots of $) and start tinkerin'. Or just put on a few garage miles...  :D
